A Conference Room Membership enables you to reserve time in any of our conference rooms, across both of our locations. Conference Rooms have white boards with markers for visioning, brainstorming, and problem-solving; large screen TVs with AirPlay and HDMI connectivity for your presentations or videoconferencing; and you're welcome to pour a coffee for yourself and your clients, or have some food delivered to keep you powered up throughout your meeting.
The Downtown space is more industrial and urban, whereas the Sugar House space is a newly renovated historic mansion. Both offer a great environment for team offsites, interviews, sales and client meetings, and more. Create a Conference Room membership to reserve space on the calendar.
Frequently Asked Questions:
What is the cost?
You will pay only for the hours you book. Our largest rooms are $45 an hour, our midsize rooms are $35 an hour, and our smallest rooms are $25 an hour. You will pay by credit card when you book the room.
Which room is the right size for my meeting?
In each location, we have three conference rooms. At each, Room 1 seats 13-15 people; Room 2 seats 8-10 people; Room 3 seats 3-4 people. Click here to see rooms Downtown, and click here to see rooms in Sugar House.
Is food allowed in the conference room?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in food for your group. In the shared space, we have a kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, dishes and cutlery. Whether you want to serve food inside the conference room or in the overflow space, you are welcome to do so.
Where can I park?
We do have some free guest parking available.
Downtown, our guest lot can be tricky to find: On 200 West, between the empty lot (at 200 West and 300 S) and an orangish brick building, there is a ramp up to the lot. Drive up the ramp; Our Work Hive labeled parking stalls are the first ten at your right, not the covered parking, but the uncovered. To walk from the parking lot to the building, go down the few steps of the red parking structure, and follow the sidewalk up to 300 S. (Broadway) through the red gate, and enter our building at the front door on 300 S. IF the slots are full, you'll need to pay for parking anywhere near by. There is usually plenty of paid parking right in front of our building on 300 S.
In Sugar House, parking immediately around the building is free. If the lot is full, you are welcome to park in the Deseret Industries' neighboring lot.
I'm ready to get started. What next?
Click here to sign up! Go ahead and fill in your information. When asked for a membership start date, choose today's date, not the date of your booking. This will allow you to have immediate access to be able to book whatever time you need. If you are trying to book a room but the system isn't allowing it, give us a call. Perhaps we can move things around on the calendar to make room for you. The system won't let you book outside staffed business hours; give us a call and we may be able to book you with an early start or a late end time, or even a weekend.
What if I need to cancel?
We retain the full amount if notice of the cancelation is given less than 24 hours before your booking start time. With more than 24 hours notice, we will refund you 100%.
