- Our office is open Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm.
- Our full-time members have access to the office 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- All memberships are a month-to-month contract and can be changed at any time.
- All memberships are per person, but we can negotiate terms for multiple people from the same company to use the office.
What is Work Hive?
Work Hive is a shared office space in downtown Salt Lake City. Coworking allows independent workers, freelancers, and small businesses to share an office space for low cost and low overhead. With a more professional and collaborative setting, most coworkers agree that the added productivity and focus more than pays for the cost of the membership.
Who works at Work Hive?
Our members come from all professions and industries, and cover a broad range of specialties. Some of us run our own small businesses, while some work remotely for companies in other cities. Some members are freelance workers, and some are startups just looking for space to work in to get a project off the ground. If you're looking for help with marketing, web design, strategy, finance, business legal issues, or project development, you may find expertise in the office already!

How do I get to the office?
Work Hive is located in the Broadway Lofts Building at 159 West Broadway in downtown Salt Lake City. We are a five-minute walk from the Gallivan TRAX station, and have easy bus, bike, and car access. There is an SLC Greenbike station in front of our building, and protected bike lanes connect us to the city’s extensive bike network. Coming from the airport? We're a short ten-minute drive from the arrivals terminal at Salt Lake International Airport.
How large are your conference rooms?
Work Hive has three conference room spaces and three phone rooms. We have one small conference room set up for four people; our largest conference room can accommodate 14-16 people. All conference rooms have large white boards and three conference rooms also have a large monitor/screen for presentations.

What size are the desks at Work Hive?
Our desks measure 63" x 31" and are height adjustable. The can be easily raised to serve as a standing desk if you prefer that. Each desk also has lockable storage for anything you may want to keep locked up.
Are there private offices at Work Hive?
Yes! We have several private offices of various sizes. They range in size from an office for two work stations up to offices for six work stations. Any offices that are currently available can be found by checking out our private office page.
Is parking available?
There is plenty of on-street parking in front of our building on 300 South. We have some limited visitor parking available for your clients. Work Hive members can get a discounted monthly parking pass for the large parking lot next door for only $50 per month.
Can I set up my own phone at my work station?
All our work stations have ethernet connectivity and with our high speed Google Fiber connection, your VOIP phone will be set up in minutes.
Can I get a static IP address in my office or work station?
Absolutely. We can get you a static IP address from Google Fiber for $30.00/monthly.
Are pets allowed at Work Hive?
Unfortunately, for the comfort of all members, we don't currently allow pets in the office except for service animals.
