Frequently Asked Questions:
What is the cost?
$150 a month. We will charge your credit card every month, on the same day of the month that your membership started. You can also pay by e-check. There is no term commitment -- you can pause or cancel any time.
Am I limited to using just one location?
Not at all. You are welcome to use desks, phone rooms, and conference rooms at both of our locations.
Do you have a monitor available for me to use?
Yes. You are welcome to use an available monitor in the coworking space. We've got you covered.
Is food allowed in the coworking space?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your lunch or have some delivered. In the shared space, we have a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes and cutlery. You are welcome to eat in the kitchen, front lobby, or at your desk if you need to power through lunch.
What other amenities are included?
Coffee and tea; printing, copying, scanning; indoor bike storage; for an additional $59 a month, you can also receive mail at the office.
Where can I park?
Downtown: This costs $30 a month. We will charge this to your account, along with your membership, each month. Your clients and gusts can park for free. The lot can be tricky to find: On 200 West, between the empty lot (at 200 West and 300 S) and an orangish brick building, there is a ramp up to the lot. Drive up the ramp; Our Work Hive labeled parking stalls are the first ten at your right, not the covered parking, but the uncovered. To walk from the parking lot to the building, go down the few steps of the red parking structure, and follow the sidewalk up to 300 S. (Broadway) through the red gate, and enter our building at the front door on 300 S. IF the slots are full, you'll need to pay for parking anywhere near by. There is usually plenty of paid parking right in front of our building on 300 S.
Sugar House: Park in the Deseret Industries' neighboring lot. This way, parking stalls in the Work Hive lot are available for your business clients and guests.
I'm ready to get started. What next?
Click here to sign up! Go ahead and fill in your information. When asked for a membership start date, choose any date you would like to begin. Add a payment method. If you haven't already taken a tour of the space, you are welcome to book one on or before your first day.
What if I need to cancel, or change membership plans?
No problem. There is no term contract; it's a simple month to month arrangement. Once you let us know you'd like to cancel, we won't charge you again, and you'll still have access to the space for 30 days since your last billing date. We don't offer refunds or prorating, so, be sure to let us know if you need to pause or cancel. You can also easily switch to full time or another membership style if you like.
