Salt Lake City Coworking

We have private offices ranging in size from 1-2 desk capacity up to 6-7 desk capacity. These offices come with adjustable height (sit or stand) desks and desk chairs, a small storage cabinet, a door that locks, and 24/7 access to the space. Private Office members have access to phone rooms and conference rooms, as well as the other amenities.

We have a community of members across industries, from music education to medical device engineering to web development and much more. We would love to have you join us here. The plans are month-to-month, keeping the setup as flexible as you need it to be. Give us a call to inquire about office availability, or, if you like, schedule a tour and come see the space in person.

Prices range from $750 up to $1650 depending on size. We will charge your credit card every month, on the same day of the month that your membership started. You can also pay by e-check. There is no term commitment -- you can cancel any time.

Yes! You are welcome to bring your lunch or have some delivered. In the shared space, we have a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes and cutlery. You are welcome to eat in the kitchen, front lobby, or in your office if you need to power through lunch.

Not at all. While you will have your office in one location, you are welcome to use shared desks, phone rooms, and conference rooms at both of our locations.

You will park in a nearby lot, in order to keep the Work Hive lot free for your visiting clients and guests.

Downtown member: This costs $50 a month. We will charge this to your account, along with your membership, each month. Park in the surface lot on the East side of Squatter's Brewery.

Sugar House member: This is free. Park in the Deseret Industries' neighboring lot,

Downtown guest: Our guest lot can be tricky to find: On 200 West, between the empty lot (at 200 West and 300 S) and an orangish brick building, there is a ramp up to the lot. Drive up the ramp; Our Work Hive labeled parking stalls are the first ten at your right, not the covered parking, but the uncovered. To walk from the parking lot to the building, go down the few steps of the red parking structure, and follow the sidewalk up to 300 S. (Broadway) through the red gate, and enter our building at the front door on 300 S. IF the slots are full, you'll need to pay for parking anywhere near by. There is usually plenty of paid parking right in front of our building on 300 S.

Sugar House guest: Parking immediately around the building is free. If the lot is full, guests are welcome to park in the Deseret Industries' neighboring lot.

Schedule a tour or give us a call to inquire about availability. Let us know which location you'd like, how many people will work from your office, when you'd like to move in, and what questions you may have.

No problem. There is no term contract; it's a simple month to month arrangement. Give us 30 days notice. You can also easily switch to another membership style if you like.
